Deeper than our 340 model creating an additional “lean-to” aspect of the roof line. The traditional cottage is ideal for a small family, retirement unit, accommodation, or holiday home. This has been one of our more popular designs and the extra attention to detail and quality may be the reason, or it could be the flexible design suits so many applications. Natural wood features add the warmth and character you would expect.

- Two bedrooms with wardrobes approx 3 x 3 and 2.6 x 2.6 metres
- Ensuite accessible from each bedroom includes toilet, shower and vanity
- Flexible open plan combines kitchen, lounge and dining
- Exposed wooden beam to kitchen
- Exposed Douglas fir or Macrocarpa ceiling is standard over living area
- Laundry can be concealed off the kitchen
- French doors open to the veranda off the lounge and master bedroom
- Seven square metre loft over the master bedroom. The loft is accessible from the lounge providing extra storage and spaciousness
