Great adaptation of the Double Bay Villa for those seeking four large bedrooms. Perfect home for a large family providing two bedrooms with central bathroom on each end of the house – Jack and Jill style. The centre combines kitchen, dining, and lounge open to the front veranda and optional rear deck via French doors. The centre section can be easily elongated if a larger public space is required.

NOTE: Our drawings show weatherboard cladding which is available at an extra cost. However, the H/4 kitset is priced with our standard ply board and batten cladding.
