We fondly call this our Single Bay Villa. The “T” shape provides private areas at one end and public space surrounded by outdoor living at the other. This cottage can be sited in a variety of ways and still have a sunny aspect beaming through. Two generous bedrooms with wide wardrobes and a flexible third bedroom or office. The master bedroom comes with ensuite and a second full bathroom including bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and vanity. A full laundry is easily accessible off the hallway. This is a great cottage for those who like to entertain.
